Brief

We were asked to develop a secure 'extranet' that would allow a taxi company to provide information, downloads, news, and most importantly monthly account statements for their members and drivers.

Solution

We developed a bespoke solution, that meets the needs of our customers. The core package has been customised to each individuals requirements, adding and removing features where necessary. We have devised a mechanism for uploading and accessing account statements relating to a member or vehicle, and provided ongoing support and updates.

The system has totally replaced the postal mail-out of thousands of printed statements, an environmental and financial saving every month of the year. After some initial training all aspects of day-to-day management are easily handled in-house by the respective organisations.

The solution has been a resounding success and has been adopted by Scotlands 3 largest Taxi companies.
