Custom WordPress website for the charity supporting wild salmon restoration

Project highlights

  • Bespoke website design reflecting the Trust’s conservation mission.
  • Clear routes to research, restoration projects and opportunities to support.
  • A Knowledge Hub bringing together research papers, publications and resources.
  • Prominent project stories and impact figures.
  • A flexible WordPress platform to support ongoing publishing.

Design

The design balances the authority of a scientific organisation with the energy of a charity driving practical change. Large photography, confident typography and spacious layouts give the Trust’s work a strong visual presence while keeping detailed content approachable.

A clear hierarchy brings its three pillars—evidence, solutions and partnership—to the forefront. Project features and impact figures help communicate the scale of its work, while calls to donate, become a member and subscribe give visitors clear next steps.

Development

Built on WordPress, the website brings organisational information, project content, news and research resources into one coherent platform. Consistent page layouts help visitors move between an introduction to the Trust’s mission and more detailed scientific material.

The content structure supports regular updates as projects develop and new findings are published, giving the team a practical foundation for sharing its work and building support for wild salmon restoration.
