Redesign of Hotel and Offer pages to improve the user experience and increase sales.

We’ve been hosting and supporting the website for a couple of years, helping to manage the traffic peaks that come with a seasonal business of this nature. We took over support from the existing supplier and quickly got to grips with the existing setup and configuration. The site is based on WooCommerce , customised to suit voucher sales, with a micro-site for each voucher provider.

Working with the Vouch for That team we then planned and implemented a new e-commerce sales process that makes the customer journey clearer and more efficient. The voucher delivery options (by post, by email to sender, by email direct to the recipient), delivery dates and gift message are now configured at the time of adding to the basket, meaning multiple vouchers to different recipients can be ordered and configured within the same order.

To compliment the new process, a refreshed design was applied to the hotel landing pages, product pages and checkout that modernised these public facing pages and brought them into line with the expectations of their clients.
